4 Ways to Repurpose Content to Save Your Energy and Time!

One of my favorite things to do to save time and energy is repurpose content. You may have noticed that I do this already but if not, this is how I break it down.

  1. I first write an email to my subscriber list. It's usually something related to emails, blogs, websites, or something more personal like what I did this week. I send one email every Tuesday which means I come up with something new each week.

  2. I copy that email and paste into a blog post on my website and schedule it for either the following 7th or 21st of the month. The blog is usually not 100% the same as the email though. I'll add in hyperlinks and make more bold headlines to make it easier to skim and help out the SEO. I also add in a CTA for one of my freebies at the bottom.

  3. Depending on the size of the email/blog, I may post the entire thing on my social pages or break it up into smaller pieces of content and make multiple posts out of it. I post on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.

  4. When the blog publishes on my site, I then share the link to it on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest as its own post.

This may seem like I'm beating a dead horse because I keep sharing the same exact thing over and over and over again. The thing is though, there's a good chance you've never even noticed that this is how I do things!

The reason for this is because only 5% of your followers see your content when you post it and a lot of the time they may skim right past it anyway so it didn't even register in their minds.

So it's totally okay to repost things in different ways repeatedly because the only person who has actually seen the content every time is YOU!

Don't waste your energy coming up with something totally new every time you post a blog or social post. Copy it from something you've already posted before somewhere else. I guarantee no one will notice.
