Grace was a pleasure to work with. I was impressed that she schedules an appointment to talk with you. On that call she discovers exactly what you are looking for. Her communication is excellent and she delivered on time. I will definitely use her again.

Did you just sell out the hat store or are you a business owner?
OK, I know it’s corny but you get what I’m saying. Business owners wear way too many hats! If I were the type to drink alcohol, I’d say to take a shot every time you can raise your hand as the person in charge of one of the departments below.

But since I’m more of a water drinker, take a sip of water for each of the hats you wear:

→ Boss/Owner/Sole Proprietor
→ Accountant
→ Website Designer
→ Graphic Designer
→ Salesperson
→ Content Writer
→ Manager
→ Social Media Marketer
→ Blog Writer
→ SEO Manager
→ Ads Manager
→ Money Maker

Is your glass empty?

I’m willing to bet you’re not a professional content writer - I mean, why else would you be here?

It’s time to stop stretching yourself so thin that people mistake you with Mike Teavee.

You can have the PRETTIEST website with the BEST images but they will mean NOTHING without strong content to go with it.

If you’re not a fan of The Office, I’m sorry but this reference will go right over your head.

Copy is the Dwight on your sales team. No one worked harder than Dwight and even though it wasn’t the same when Michael left, just imagine if Dwight left too! The entire company and TV show would have collapsed.

Your website content will be the most loyal employee on your sales force.

The Process goes like this…

step-1.png

After the initial discovery call, we schedule the interview. Before the call, I’ll send you a customized questionnaire. There is no pressure to fill it out ahead of time. This will be our guide for the call. By the time the interview is over, the list of questions will look more like an outline on my end!

step-2.png

I’m one of those hands-on, visual types so this is the step when my printer and handy dandy highlighter get to work! Based on the information provided in the interview and any other documentation you shared with me, I’ll begin to piece the website content together to create the first draft in a Google Doc. This can take at least a couple of weeks!

step-3.png

The first draft will be shared with you! You will be given commenting access on the Google Doc so you can leave notes wherever you need revisions. Once you’re done going through it, I will make the necessary edits.

step-4.png

Your content is finalized and ready to be implemented into your website! If you are working with a designer I will coordinate with them to make sure the layout and content are in sync.

faqs

Do you charge per word, page, or package?
I charge per package based on the amount of time and strategy I need to put into the research, design, and implementation of content.

When can I expect the project to be complete?
Projects are generally completed within 3 weeks of the start date. Make sure to get on the schedule early to secure your spot!

How many rounds of revisions do you offer?
Revisions are edits made in order to correct or update content that is already written. Two rounds are included.

Can I come back to you for updates as I make changes to the site?
Yes! For continual updates, I charge hourly at $40/hour.

How does payment work?
I ask for 20% before we begin working together in order to hold your spot. The rest is expected at the end of the project. If you are unable to pay the lump sum, let me know ahead of time and we can work out a payment plan.

How long can I expect to wait before the project begins?
Depends on the season and my level of availability. As of now, I can usually begin your project within two weeks!
